Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Reward Converter - CashXchange application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Account Creation and Usage

  • Users must log in using a valid Gmail account to access the application.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

  • Any misuse of the account or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

  • Users must ensure that all information provided during the account creation process is accurate and up to date.

Conversion Process

  • Users must provide a valid UPI ID to receive funds in their linked bank account.

  • After placing an order for conversion, 60% of the Google Play balance will be transferred to the user's bank account within 7 to 10 days. The remaining percentage is used to cover Google Play store fees and our commission.

  • Conversion rates and processing times are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Users can track the status of their conversion order in the order history module.

Rewards and Ads

  • Users can earn reward points by watching ads within the application.

  • Reward points can be used to increase the conversion rate of their Google Play balance.

  • Users can view their reward points history in the watch ad section.

  • Reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Fees

  • A portion of the converted Google Play balance is deducted to cover Google Play store fees and our commission. The exact percentage may vary and is subject to change.

  • Users will be informed of any fee changes through updates in the application.

User Data and Security

  • User data is stored securely and encrypted to ensure privacy and protection.

  • Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

Support and Communication

  • A support section is available in the settings screen for users to submit queries.

  • Users can view notifications about their activity in the application.

  • Our support team is available to assist with any issues related to account access, conversion orders, reward points, and other application features.

Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the application will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

  • Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay informed about any updates.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of the application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
